Amy O'Connell

Amy has been a great realtor for my family and I. This is the second time around we use her services, and she is honestly great (the reason we wanted to use her services the second time around). She helped us sell the home we purchased with her, and buy our new one. As always, she is in constant communication with us, and is truly an advocate for what our concerns were as sellers and buyers. She thoroughly explained to us the process of being sellers , it was our first time selling, how it worked, and once we received an offer, she was always responsive with any questions we had. She guided us with the process, but also explaining to us the importance of making the decisions for what is best in our family, and being transparent with what could happen. We appreciate transparency and are so grateful for her services in this manner. When purchasing our other home, she was again, always responsive and helpful. She reminded us of any recommendations, and again, was a wonderful guide as we experience buying a new home through her services. Even now that we are in our new home, she still is checking in, and that is just so helpful! Overall, she is just a great person to work with and she shows how much she truly cares about her clients and their well being as they purchase their home or sell. Not only have we used her services twice, but we have referred her to our family who we hope will have as good as experience as us. The only down side is that we wont be able to see her as much(lol) Amy, thank you for all you have done and all you continue to do! Till next time

Amy did a wonderful job. From our first meeting until closing, Amy was clear, thorough and always available when needed. She is proactive and often went above and beyond to look after the house and make sure it had visibility in the market. This was critical to us since we were no longer living locally - her support was amazing. Thank you Amy!

We relocated to the metro ABQ area and purchased a home right away. Amy was excellent as our realtor - full-filling what I call 3Ps: Professional, Present, and Personable. Professional - Amy totally understands the metro real estate market, and both listened to what WE wanted and applied her knowledge to what we were looking for in a home. She asked probing questions to help us focus our search. Also important, Amy continued to support us through the entire home purchase process - we closed in less than 4 weeks. Present - Amy was always available to us thru email and phone. We moved here from the east coast and had many phone conversations with Amy before we came out to look at homes. She listened to what we wanted, focused our search on those homes, reassured my husband that there would be great homes available, and did not try to push us into a more expensive home. Personable - Amy is friendly and fun to work with. We had many general real estate conversations and a few conversations about outdoor things to do around the metro area. By working together as a team with Amy's guidance, we were able to find a great house after being in NM for 3 days. We are thoroughly enjoying turning the house into our home!

Amy is wonderful!! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed every step of the way and knew what to expect. She always had my best interest in mind. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Amy for my next home purchase!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Amy in selling our house. Amy is an outstanding realtor who made our home-selling journey smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, she demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and unwavering support. Amy was always just a phone call or text away. She promptly responded to all of our questions, ensuring we felt informed and reassured throughout the home-selling process. She had great knowledge about the market and the selling process. Amy patiently explained every step, making sure we understood our options and felt confident in our decisions. She was great at giving us information but always allowing us to make our own decisions and advocating for us. Beyond her professional expertise, Amy showed genuine care for us. When we were pressed for time before the final walkthrough, she rolled up her sleeves and helped us tidy up. Her kindness went above and beyond our expectations. During showings, Amy skillfully highlighted the unique features of our house. She also candidly pointed out any areas that needed improvement, ensuring potential buyers had a clear picture. We weren't just clients; we felt like partners. Amy genuinely cared about our goals and worked tirelessly to achieve them. I wholeheartedly recommend Amy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication set her apart. If we ever need assistance in the future, we won't hesitate to reach out to her again. Thank you, Amy, for making this journey memorable and successful!

My fiance and I came to Amy after a terrible experience with another realtor, and let me tell you it was a night and day difference! Amy listened to our needs and wants and helped us through every step of the home buying process. As first time homebuyers, we were needing a lot of guidance and she helped us find the perfect home! She pointed out things in homes that we wouldn’t normally be looking at (so important), answered any and all questions, was always available for us, and was so professional while also being personable. She made buying a home a breeze! We can’t thank her enough for all of her help🤍

We greatly enjoyed Amy's help on our house-buying journey. Her expertise, patience and practicality made her a great fit for us. Despite our considerable criteria, and thus lengthy process, for a home she never pressured us to purchase or make an offer on a home. She is honest, reliable and consistent interfacing with other agents and lenders seamlessly and lifting the logistical burden. Further she is kind and pleasant to be around without being overbearing. I strongly recommend her to anyone who will listen. She helped us find the perfect fit for our little family!

Amy is absolutely amazing! She’s sold two houses for me. First one in two days!!! She knows what’s she’s doing and keeps you educated and informed along the way. If you want to buy or sell, contact Amy!

Amy is very customer oriented, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. Her attention to every detail can not be surpassed. She is very patient when explaining every step of the selling/closing process.

Relocating to Albuquerque, finding a home and getting all the logistics settled could never have been as painless without Amy's help. I can't believe she went above and beyond what any realtor would have done for a complete stranger. Go with Amy, you won't regret it.

Wonderful Experience, Amy always kept us in the Loop not only regarding the process, Also regarding potential buyers. Amy also informed us of next steps and our role as a seller. Amy offered us the time we needed to make decisions. Amy has also worked with my mom and sister for the sale of my mom's home and purchase of a home for my mom. We highly recommend Amy to assist anyone in the process of selling and purchasing a home. Leave it to the professional "Amy " to handle and avoid one of the highest / largest stresses in life ! We are Blessed to have Amy's help and guidance.

I can't express how amazing Amy is. She helped me with a move from across the country and we were able to find the perfect house. If you're in the market for a house, I highly recommend this amazing woman.

Amy did an amazing job selling my home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent. High standards and attention to detail.

Amy was amazing, I had a short notice move and in one month she helped me prep the house for sale so beautifully that the house listed and had a buyer in 3 days. She is detail oriented and helped with the entire process. I ended up doing half of the process from another country and she worked with my crazy schedule and made sure everything ran without a hitch. She was profession and friendly and made a stressful time easier. Highly recommend her and I will use her again if I ever move back.

Amy is the best! Very communicative, very organized and very helpful. As first time home sellers she made the process very comfortable for us and was always available to answer any questions we had.
